Prevent Blindness America to Host Sixth Annual Swing Fore Sight Golf Tournament

Annual Event Will Coincide with 2013 Vision Expo West in Las Vegas

CHICAGO(April 26, 2013) – The Sixth Annual Prevent Blindness America Swing Fore Sight Golf Tournament, held in conjunction with Vision Expo West, will take place on Wednesday, Oct. 2, 2013, at the Bali Hai Golf Club in Las Vegas, Nev. Swing Fore Sight brings together top executives in the vision industry for a morning of golf while raising awareness and funds to support the sight-saving programs and services of Prevent Blindness America.

Transitions Healthy Sight for Life Fund will serve as the event’s gold sponsor.  Additional sponsors to date include 1-800 Contacts, Carl Zeiss, Charmant, Essilor, Hilco, Hoya, Jobson Interactive, Jobson Medical, Kenmark Group, PFO Global, Refac, REM Eyewear and Spectera.

Sponsorships are available including the silver sponsor, breakfast sponsor, award sponsor, hole sponsors, hole-in-one sponsor and gift sponsors.

Foursomes are available for $2,750 and individual golf slots are $700 for the four-person scramble. Those interested can join leading vision industry representatives on the Swing Fore Sight golf committee (including co-chairpersons Mike Daley; the Vision Council: Rick Elias, PPG/Transitions Optical and Dave Pierson, Refac).
